Originally a small mentoring program, Next Generation has evolved into an independent non-profit organization. During the last 10+ years Next Generation has served more than 1,750 local youth by providing individual & group mentoring services, as well as life skills training, to its participants. Currently NxTG serves vulnerable youth in Dawson County grades 7th - 12th through our Prevention Clubhouse. NxTG's mission is to be the catalyst for a community approach that supports the advancement of vulnerable youth via family and community engagement, a prevention clubhouse and a post-secondary support initiative. Next Generation Youth Development is passionate and committed to our belief that all youth have the right to equal access and opportunities to reach their full potential.
