The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the production process, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working in a small and lean environment. The candidate who will succeed in this role will be committed, intuitive, a hungry self-starter, an independent thinker, and detail oriented. Strong Excel skills are a MUST and knowledge of Tec pack and A2000 is a plus. We expect the salary to be $35-55K, based on experience.

Our Greensboro, NC client, a children's apparel brand, is seeking an Associate Designer to provide assistance to the Senior Designer. This position will regularly communicate with sales, design, merchandising and product coordinator to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate with have at least 3 years of experience. We expect the salary to be $55K.

Our NYC client, an architecture firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing administrative team. This person must be a flexible, detail-oriented multi-tasker who is comfortable in a unique, creative office environment and able to think and work independently. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration is preferred, and at least 5 years of general accounting experience is a must. Experience with Deltek Vision is desirable. We expect the salary to be $55-70K.

Our Greensboro, NC client, a children's apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Designer to work collaboratively with the Design Director to design and execute adidas Young Creator apparel. The Designer is responsible for the aesthetic execution of the product and collaborate with other interdependent teams to ensure product quality, fit and cost targets are met. Must be flexible and have the ability to forge strong partnerships within the design team and with other cross-functional departments. A Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and 4-5 years of experience in apparel design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is a MUST. We expect the salary to be $65-70K.

Our NYC client, a children's fashion brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandise Planner with 3 years of experience to join their team. The Planner will partner with the sales/operations team to develop and execute against strategic sales and inventory plans that tie to overall financial targets. They will plan, analyze, and continually improve digital direct business across all categories and channels. The ideal candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills and support the team with creative, innovative ideas while being solutions oriented. We expect the salary to be $65K+.

Our NYC client, a fashion brand, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for mid-to-long range demand forecasting/planning to support capacity requirements and business strategies. The position is charged with making decisions that impact the demand plan and communicating those decisions to stakeholders. The Demand Planner will use forecasting tools, internal and external collaboration and detailed analysis to deliver improved forecast accuracy and a deep understanding of business performance. This position is an integration point between sales and operations partners. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual who encompasses analytical, communication and leadership skills with the ability to quickly identify deviations from expected results and other disruptions and can promptly resolve any issues. 5+ years of experience in demand or inventory planning is a MUST. Experience with JDA Demand Planning and JDA Collaborate in a consumer goods or fashion industry highly desirable. We expect the salary to be $90K.

Our LONG ISLAND client, a freight and logistics company, is seeking a Global Marketing Director who will know how to deploy a blended marketing strategy from digital, brand, and social media with a keen insight to channel optimization and analytics with a global lens. This executive must welcome the challenge to build marketing in an organization that is still learning to capitalize on marketing's impact. The Marketing Director will partner with Board Members and report to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (advanced degree preferred), as well as 10-15 years of experience in global marketing, creative, and management. We expect the salary to be $90K+.

Our NYC client, a public relations firm, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support multiple accounts. The Senior Account Executive will handle account management such as proactive and reactive media relations; client service, creative writing (press releases, media alerts), building and managing lists of media, bloggers and influencers, public relations strategy and creative brainstorming. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, strong media contacts, and MUST have worked within the spirits industry. Knowledge of sports and men's outlets is a bonus. We expect the salary to BOE.
