Worship With Us
Worship this us this Sunday at 9:55am. Our scriptures will be Jeremiah 31:31-34 (highlighting a new covenant with God) and 2Timothy 3:14-4:5 (the early church being reminded of their/our purpose). Our sermon is entitled For Such A Time As This because it’s time for a refreshed covenant to be the church . We will sing some old hymns and new songs. As always, we encourage you to bring a friend, family member, co-worker, neighbor…anyone! All are welcome!
Sun, Oct 20 | Following Worship
Last Sunday's Speaker Series presentation, Putting Faith into Action, was about the MCU Integrated Voter Engagement and Sacred Votes efforts to engage voters year-round by addressing non-partisan issues. There was also a discussion of how you may help provide healthcare coverage to over 200,000 additional Missouri residents by signing the petition to get Medicaid Expansion on the 2020 Missouri ballot.

Dr. Rob Karr will be back at Parkway after this Sunday's service to get signatures to get expanding Medicaid on the ballot.

Speaker Series: What We Learned from Your Children/Grandchildren
Sunday, October 20 | 11:15am | Heritage Room

Next to parenthood, what is the most important vocation in the history of humankind? Yes, it’s those teachers, who have nourished, educated, and mentored our children. Our session will be facilitated by two of the best: PUCCers Marsha Peek and Sally Dischinger.
Marsha is retired from teaching in the Webster Groves School District. She also taught in the UCC school which was housed at Trinity UCC, St Louis many moons ago. Sally retired a few years ago after about 25 years as Director of Parkway United Nursery School (PUNS), here at Parkway UCC. You will enjoy these women, their stories and the ways that you will think back on your growing up years.
