November 6th we have a chance to provide all experienced, effective and highly effective teachers with a retention supplement based on their years of experience:

* 1 to 4 yrs=  $1,000 annual retention supplement
* 5 to 9 yrs=  $5,000 annual retention supplement
* 10 years or more=  $10,000 annual retention supplement
