I can't believe we have been hosting this fabulous show for 19 years! Thanks to all our wonderful customers who generously lend their quilts to us so we can display them for all to enjoy!
If there is one thing I've learned over all the years is every quilt has a story. Since today is September 11, I wanted to share a quilt that holds many stories of a day we will never forget, "National Tribute Quilt" created in response to 9/11. It hangs on display in the 9/11 Memorial Museum's Tribute Walk along with several other quilts of remembrance and dedication. There are 90+ quilts in their exhibit. This 8' tall x 30 ' long quilt has nearly 3,500 fabric squares created by hundreds of people in all 50 states and five countries. Stitched together, the squares depict the New York City skyline with the Twin Towers. The quilt also represents the Pentagon and the four flights hijacked on 9/11."

You are invited to stroll through our greenhouses this weekend and see our breathtaking display of quilts.
Meet Linda Brodine, quilter and author of "Quilt Stories". Try your chances at winning one of the many raffle quilts including the Northern Illinois Beekeepers Raffle Quilt - and yes, they will have honey for sale and a live hive display!
Be inspired by the different patterns, colors and of course the stories behind the quilts.
19th Annual Quilt Show this Saturday and Sunday, September 15 and 16.
