ROSEVILLE - A total of 319 new homes were sold during November in the greater Sacramento region, the North State Building Industry Association reported today. The sales were reported in 139 subdivisions in the six-county Greater Sacramento region from Marysville and Yuba City in the north to Galt in the south. In addition, 9,629 people visited active new-home communities last month.
BIA President and CEO Michael Strech said the sales and traffic figures are holding steady with the pace of the last few months.
"
Sales per week held steady from October to November, despite a slight drop in traffic. As we saw over the past few months, the market has some what leveled off but we anticipate an upswing early in the new year." Strech said.
