Thirty-One Gifts hosted at the Siouxland Chamber Office, 701 Pierce St., Ste. 100 in the Pioneer Bank Bldg. Products will be on display and orders can be placed following the ribbon cutting.

Thur Oct 18 - Ribbon Cutting at 1:30 PM for Sioux City's newest park,
Prairie Park, 3500 South Lewis Blvd. A variety of prairie grass and wildflower blends have been planted on 58 acres just off Lewis Blvd. where the park is located.

Thur Oct 18 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:00 PM for
Ho-Chunk Capital, 600 4th St., Ste. 202. They are announcing Nucleus, a new co-working office space in the Ho-Chunk Centre. There will be an Open House following the ribbon cutting until 6:00 PM.

Fri Oct 19 - Ribbon Cutting at 11:00 AM for
Milwaukee Wiener House, 301 Douglas St. They are celebrating 100 YEARS of serving Siouxland. The ribbon cutting will kick-off a week of festivities from Oct 22 - Oct 26.

, 4625 Singing Hills Blvd. They are celebrating their completed renovations and a Grand Reopening.

Wed Oct 24 - Ribbon Cutting at 10:30 AM for Black and Blue Development at the intersection of 28th St. and Floyd Blvd. They are celebrating their newest housing project, Chestnut Hill.

Wed Oct 24 - Ribbon Cutting at 2:00 PM for
Holy Spirit Retirement Home, 1703 West 25th St. in the Independent Living Dining Room. They are celebrating their newly expanded Memory Care Unit, recently launched Active Senior Outpatient Therapy Clinic and Active Senior Wellness Program. Open House from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
