Business Plus Third Quarter Meeting
 
Business Plus held its Third Quarter Meeting on August 16th at the Rupert Elks/Country Club.
Connie Stopher, Executive Director of SIEDO, spoke about their focus on business recruitment, talent recruitment, rural services and strategic planning.  Tom Murphy, CEO of Minidoka Memorial Hospital, gave an update on the hospital's governance, services, physician recruitment, staffing and capital projects.  Lloyd Smith, Broker/Owner of Mountain West Realty, presented statistics on Mini-Cassia's residential sales from 2009 through 2017. Smith explain the housing supply and demand and added perspective by sharing photos and plat maps of residential subdivisions and commercial properties. Senator Kelly Anthon, Rupert City Administrator, reported on the City 's services, strategic plan, and projects. Anthon emphasized Rupert is both safe and happy and that amenities matter.
