One specific area of his research has focused on the ability of the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s Community Atmosphere Model (CAM) to simulate tropical cyclones at high-resolutions. Additionally, he studies how extreme events, including tropical cyclones, may change as a result of a changing climate.
