HOW TO SEE YOURSELF AS YOU REALLY ARE
~ by His Holiness the Dalai Lama
According to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, we each possess the ability to achieve happiness and a meaningful life, but the key to realizing that goal is self-knowledge. The world's foremost Buddhist leader shows readers how to recognize and dispel misguided notions of self and embrace the world from a more realistic — and loving — perspective.

Our most recent cycle of Discovering Buddhism has come to a close. For 26 months, Erin Sloan has served the teachers and students of this class with kindness, humor and dedication. Turning her mind for organization to this Dharma class, she made sure we’re aligned with the FPMT vision for the class, and she facilitated several meditation Saturdays to fulfill the practice requirements. WOWOWOW! Thank you, Erin!
