Celebrate National Oyster Day on the Oyster Trail

In celebration of the most versatile mollusk, we'll be spending National Oyster Day on August 5th eating all the oysters we can! Meet us on the Panama City Oyster Trail with more than a dozen oyster bars, seafood shacks, even fine dining establishments that serve the bivalves raw, roasted, steamed, fried - we fix oysters six ways to Sunday. What better way to celebrate and support the local watermen who harvest wild oysters - a generations-old sustainable industry and a cherished part of our culture.
