We are sad to report the death of Winfield Shiras III on June 19, 2020. Win died after a short bout with pneumonia. His wife, ConnieLou was able to be present with him: a huge blessing during this time of isolation. Connie and Win split their time between Palm Desert and the Chicago area and services will take place in Chicago (date and time TBA).

God of all comfort, our very present help in trouble, be near to all who mourn, especially our sister ConnieLou. Through the resurrection of Jesus, our Brother help us to face the future with courage and assurance, knowing that nothing in death nor in life can ever part us from your love. Through Jesus Christ, your Son our Lord who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, One God, for ever and ever.
