PTA Highlights
Dear Parents,

We hope everyone had a great evening last night visiting the classrooms and hearing from our teachers at Open House.  We want to thank the teachers for all their time in making it a meaningful evening for parents and all the staff that stayed late to make the night possible.

Our "Riverside Round Up" Fall Fundraiser is just over a week away on Saturday, October 20th (adults only) so don't forget to buy tickets!  This is always such a great event to connect with friends for a fun night out and to raise money for our many PTA initiatives that support the teachers, the kids, the learning and the school community.  Our silent auction will go live next week.

Please note the following date reminders for the next two weeks:
  • Tuesday, October 16 - Grade level coffee for 1st and 2nd Grade parents hosted by Mr. Weiss and Ms. Key
  • Tuesday, October 16 - Costumes available right after school dismissal (collected as part of the Halloween Costume Swap)
  • Saturday, October 20 - Riverside Round Up Fall Fundraiser
  • Monday, October 22 - Math Marathon begins (More information coming in next week's Peek at the Week!)
  • Thursday, October 25 - Grade level coffee for 3rd & 4th Grade parents hosted by Mr. Weiss and Ms. Key
  • Friday, October 26 - Boo Bash

And finally, if you come in to school for one of the upcoming coffees, take a look at the beautiful and colorful artwork up on the walls in our cafe - courtesy of the great work of our kids and our art teacher, Ms. Roth.

Have a great weekend!

BOO BASH TICKETS ARE ON SALE!
halloween
We hope everyone is getting into the Halloween spirit and excited for the Boo Bash! This year's event is going to be filled with spook, fun, arts and crafts, games, food, treats, music and SO much more! Tickets are still available for the LATE PARTY.
We are working hard on moving children and adults off the waitlist for the early party and trying to ensure every child that attends Riverside has a ticket to attend the Boo Bash. Thank you for your patience during this process.

We are still in need of volunteers especially for the EARLY PARTY and for SET UP BEFORE THE PARTY - 3:00-5:00pm. The set up before the party is a crucial time as that is when we will need the most help with the last minute details as we are limited to what we can do when the children are in school.  We appreciate your help and couldn't do it without our amazing volunteers! To sign up please click directly on the link  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0f44aeab2fa4fd0-boobash
