The "BIG Give Envelope Drive" Starts Today
Puesta del Sol's PTA is excited to implement our NEW and ONLY annual fundraiser. Please check your student's backpack for a bright yellow donation envelope, donation form, and a brief explanation of the program.  A survey from our Principal and PTA leadership will also be included. Starting on Monday, 9/10, you or your students can look for volunteers in the covered areas by the bus and car drop off points to return your envelopes. Prizes will go to the classes with the highest return percentage!

Step 1 - Complete the donation form - Any amount helps! Multiple ways to donate.
Step 2 - Complete the principal's survey. Your feedback is important.
Step 3 - Return the form and survey in the envelope at school. PTA volunteers will collect the envelopes in large yellow boxes. (The form should not go to the teachers!)

The PTA is trying to raise $175,000 to continue to fund our programs like our Amity interns, numerous classroom experiences and classroom enrichment activities. Please consider donating so we can continue to have these valuable programs and events next year!

We are asking each family to donate $450 per student to reach our goal. Monthly donations are also possible now to spread this amount or whatever you can share over the entire year. This is the only time we will ask you to donate...just once!!

You can donate now through the Back to School Forms. Or visit our PayPal donation page to find out more about monthly giving.

Dads: Get Involved with Watch D.O.G.S
Statistics show that kids develop more fully socially, physically, academically and emotionally when they have a positive male role model actively engaged in their life.  Since school is a significant chunk of your kid's life, check out the Watch D.O.G.S. program at Puesta del Sol. Look for information on watch D.O.G.S. at our September school events like the Ice Cream Social, General Membership Meeting and Walkathon.
