The KW Property Management Team at the Village Center is ready to serve the Paseo Community and its members.
Who is the Paseo Master team? You can see by the organizational chart below, who the team members are and their reporting structure.
A quick overview of each of our departments and team member roles and responsibilities are below to familiarize yourself with some of the main roles and responsibilities each department/team member plays here at the Village Center.
Resort Attendants - Red Polo Shirt
This team monitors all of the pool deck areas to ensure members and
their guest are enjoying the Village Center. This team reviews the rules with members and reminds everyone
to be courteous while at play in the pool. In addition, the team cleans pool deck areas, remove trash, set
furniture and cushions, re-fill water stations, clean windows, change movie marquee and perform the audiovisual
duties for the theater. This team will move around the pool deck instead of being stationed at the gate,
to ensure an enjoyable pool experience for everyone.
Maintenance - Neon Green Polo Shirt
Maintenance covers all areas of the Village Center, Tennis Courts,
Bocce, Basketball, Lifestyle Park, pools and parking lots. Their duties include but are not limited to window
washing, power washing, maintain plumbing, heating, air conditioning, daily, weekly, monthly maintenance,
preventative maintenance checks on all equipment, light bulb and timer replacement, paint, caulk, tile, repair locks, doors and fencing. Review and complete work orders based on daily assignments.
Housekeeping - Blue Polo Shirt
The team works hard to ensure every area of the center is clean and member
ready. From re-stocking supplies in all of the restrooms to cleaning seating areas, mopping, window cleaning,
vacuum, trash removal and deep cleaning the Village Center areas.
