Please join the
Leadership Development Team in congratulating
JOHN TURMELLE, recipient of
November’s Leading Light Award. John’s contributions are too numerous to name, but among the many: his tireless work first with the Buildings and Ground Committee and now the Facilities Team; his service on the Board; and his work with Voices Café. In addition, his dedication as we move through this Capital Campaign has been invaluable. For all of his involvement in and commitment to TUCW, John is truly a Leading Light.

Another World Premiere
!
At 3PM this Sunday,
Music on the Hill
will be presenting
Rev. Ed Thompson's
new piece "
Cycles of Transformation"
written for chorus, soprano solo, and harp, featuring and dedicated to renowned harpist
Wendy Kerner
. As Rev. Ed has explained, this piece "is about the nature of Life itself which seems to be changing on a daily basis... I found that the lyrical, poetic, mystical language of Rainer Maria Rilke (1875-1926) expressed these concepts in a beautiful way."
This work is part of a MOTH concert
"Songs of Thanksgiving"
at the Wepco complex: 36 New Canaan Rd, Wilton. 3 PM. Some of our own choir will be performing. Come hear Rev. Ed's new work, and enjoy other selections to celebrate this season of giving thanks.
