Proposed Bylaws Changes
The Board of Directors voted unanimously to propose updates to the bylaws for a ratification vote by the memmbership at the upcoming Annual State Conference. The changes provide further clarity to the process to elect officers which falls in line with the current practice. The changes also remove language within the section regarding the operations of the region, creating three regions instead of four.
