We are excited to partner with the community to create a comprehensive, long-range plan for Deerfield parks.
Engagement for this plan
will take place at our upcoming Community Visioning Workshops. These workshops will allow the public to participate in the discussion of ideas, review of survey results, and the evaluation of alternatives for park facilities and programs.
Mercy Health broke ground July 31st on its 26,500 square foot $14 million medical office complex at the District of Deerfield development along Mason-Montgomery Road and Parkway Drive.
This exciting development will feature primary and secondary care practices and have 36 exam rooms. The building is expected to be completed and open for business by the Summer of 2019.
Deerfield Township is seeking written Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professional services firms to perform a Comprehensive Plan Update.
The update will be completed with input from the Board of Trustees, Zoning Commission, Township Staff, and interested citizen stakeholder groups.
The objectives are to create executable strategies to enhance the quality, economic vitality, and sustainability of Deerfield Township. There will be several public meetings to gather input from citizen stakeholder groups and present ideas prior to adoption.
