Dear OLQP Parents,
All OLQP Families have been given family name tags to be hung on the rearview mirror to help with identifying where students should be dropped off and picked up each day.
Morning Arrival Procedures:
PreK students will be dropped off at the end of the sidewalk in the front of the main building.
Students in Kinder-8th grade should be dropped off at the gym entrance unless directed differently by the traffic monitor.
Please refer to the arrival traffic flow map.
After the 8am bell and the tardy sign is displayed, parents MUST park, walk their children into school and sign their students in to school.
PreK students will be walked to their classrooms by a staff member.
For students in kindergarten through 8th grade, 10 tardies = 1 absence.
Afternoon Dismissal Procedures:
PreK Parents ( PreK ONLY families)
Enter campus as usual. Refer to the yellow highlighted area on the map for student pickup. Parking spaces will become a loading area for PreK ONLY students in the afternoons.
Jr. High Parents (Jr. High ONLY families)
Enter campus through the gated entrance on Hwy. 2004. Drive to the gym entrance to pick up your child. Exit through the same gate. Refer to the orange highlighted area on the map.
Families with students in Kinder and Elementary Grades through Grade Five
If families have students in Jr. High and/or PreK as well as students in Kinder through Grade Five, students will join the youngest sibling in the family/car pool in front of the elementary building. Even if a PreK student is part of your family group, pick up will begin at 3:30. Refer to the blue highlighted area on the map.
