A total of 437 sales were reported for the month of July in the above towns. The diverse markets of Fairfield, Norwalk and Stamford reported the highest number of sales. The Wilton market had the least number of sales this month and New Canaan reported the longest number of days on the market by far, doubling that of Wilton and almost triple the other towns. Sales over $2.0 million accounted for about 8% of the total this month and fsales under the $1.0 million mark represented about 59% of the market activity leaving the remaining approximately 32% of the market activity in the $1.0 to $2.0 million range.
