IMPORTANT NOTICE - CODE OF ETHICS:

More than 1,000 SAR REALTORⓇ members still need to take a Code of Ethics class before the end of the year to maintain their active status.
If this is you, please check the local class listings here in the Weekly Notices for classroom training, or visit the NAR Code of Ethics resource page for online training.

Miss the deadline and you risk being dropped as a REALTOR and cut off from the Spokane MLS.

We Believe in VA Financing

A new video premiered at this week's Quarterly Membership Meeting of the Spokane Association of REALTORS® featuring members who declared "We believe in VA financing!"

The video is the result of a work group convened to respond to community concern that some Spokane REALTORS® are not presenting United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) financing as an option to sellers in their client communication.

Feel free to copy and share this video with your office and team members - because we believe in VA financing!

SAR Tops RPR User List

53.7% of all SAR members are using this online resource of the National Association of REALTORS®. The national average is 41.2%.

"The SAR served as a beta test site for RPR when it was being created seven years ago," says Rob Higgins, executive vice president of the association. "It's exciting to see something we helped create serving our members, and REALTORS® across the country, so well."

RPR offers comprehensive data, powerful analytics, and client-friendly reports for each of NAR's constituencies

Created by NAR for the sole purpose of providing REALTORS® with the data they need to meet the demands of clients.
  • Exclusively for REALTORS®

  • No Cost Member Benefit

RPR is an invaluable member benefit offered exclusively to REALTORS® at no additional cost. RPR services every segment of the real estate industry: Residential, Commercial, Brokers, Appraisers, Associations and MLSs.
