Seniors received graduation proofs from Gurcsik Studios last Tuesday.

s and creating your order. A representative from Gurcsik will be in the cafeteria on
Tuesday, October 29 during both lunches and break, so that seniors may return proofs and yearbook pose choices, as well as orders with deposits.

Koinonia Retreat Parent Meeting
There is a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, November 6 at 7 PM in the AP Room for the parents of all seniors who will be attending Fall Koinonia (Nov. 13-15). At least one parent or guardian of each student attending must be present for this meeting which will last about half an hour. Students will not be able to attend the retreat if there parent/guardian does not receive the information that will be presented at this meeting. Students and children should not attend. Please remember to bring all necessary forms that were mailed home to this meeting. Please contact Jenna Violi at [email protected] with questions.
Ring Mass- Junior Parents
Last week, all Junior Parents were mailed a letter inviting you to your daughter's Ring Mass, which will be held Monday, November 4 at 7:00pm. Please read and return the bottom portion of this letter indicating how many will be attending the celebration. Thank you. Your prompt attention is appreciated.
Pink Day
On Monday, October 21, students may wear a pink t-shirt with their uniform for Breast Cancer Awareness month!
"Everything I Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten"
SBA Drama Club will present on Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23 at 7:00 PM. Tickets available at the door (bring in a canned good for $1.00 off admission up to 2 cans).
There will be an Alumnae Meet and Greet prior to the November 23 performance at 5:30 PM. Come mingle!

Counseling Updates
Transcript Info
All transcript requests for college applications must be made on Naviance. Please allow at least a two week turn around time for requests to be processed and information sent. Senior students should plan accordingly when working with college application deadlines.
Jesuit Excellence Tour
On Wednesday, October 23 the JET tour will visit SBA! This is a great opportunity for our Juniors and Seniors to meet admission counselors from 15 Jesuit Colleges and Universities from all around the country.
AP Testing
AP Test monies are due by October 31. The cost of each test is $94.00 and is payable online through the School Store or by check. Please make all checks payable to Saint Basil Academy.
College Visits
Our college visits continue this week with Moravian, Catholic Univ., Cairn, Rider and Arcadia. Looking ahead, we'll have DelVal, Neumann, Georgian Court, Penn State, University of Rhode Island and University of Delaware visiting SBA! Juniors and Seniors need to check with their teacher if they will miss class time for a visit. Students can sign up for visits on Naviance.

Are you the "Cliff Claven" of the family? Do you think you have accumulated more useless information than the average person? Well, we have just the event for you - SBA Trivia Night! Participating is simple...assemble your own team of up to ten players (21 years or older) or we can assign you to a team. All are welcome. Cost is $20 per person and includes several rounds of trivia, prizes, music between rounds, paper products and lots of fun! BYOB and snacks to share at your table.
