Monthly News and Updates from the Wellness Program
Welcome Back to Campus

This month, many faculty and staff are returning to work onsite. As we transition back to campus, let's take care to care for one another:
  • Be sure to wear your face mask when in public spaces.
  • Continue to reach out to co-workers with smiling eyes above masks and friendly waves via Zoom.
  • Keep your cool with the precautions that may challenge your work flow. When feeling frustrated, take a moment to meditate with Take 5.
  • Practice gratitude! Taking the Three Good Things challenge has proven to be a game changer! Perhaps you can encourage your coworkers to take this challenge with you.
  • Stay active. This newsletter offers a variety of fitness options for all fitness levels. This is another great opportunity to meet virtually with old and new friends at CWRU.
