UPS SERVICE ALERT
Effective March 26th, 2020 and until further notice UPS has suspended their service guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin and to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24th, 2020. For this reason you may also experience longer transit times or carrier delays.
An Update from us on COVID-19 - March 23rd, 2020
Dear Valued Customer,

In accordance with the Executive Order No. 20-12 issued by Oregon Governor Kate Brown on March 23rd, 2020 we are required to take further precautions to keep our employees and customers safe. At this time we want to make you aware of the following information and procedures that have been implemented for our team and facilities immediately:

  • Lobby Showroom and Will Call pick up area will be closed to the general public. However, we will still service our local customers that want to pick up their order so long as they follow these new procedures:

1. Order must be placed by web, phone, email, or fax NOT in person.

2. Order will have to be paid by Net-30 or Credit Card terms only. No cash exchange.

3. Upon arriving for pickup you will see a posted phone number to call to inform staff of your arrival. At that time please remain in your vehicle and your order will be placed outside for your pickup while we all maintain the required 6ft social distancing required by law.
