Support Scholarships for Healthcare Students: Foundation of CCMS Charity Golf Tournament September 2020
|
|
As a Foundation we are concerned for the students whose studies have been interrupted and futures have become uncertain. This could be a time when our scholarships to healthcare students are even more critical to enable them to continue their career paths, and to ensure we all have more healthcare workers to care for us in years to come.
After extending the 2020 FCCMS Healthcare scholarship deadline to June 1st, we are excited to announce that we now have 24 applicants. The board of directors are reviewing the applications and will announce the recipients of the awards later this summer.
To that end, for the time being we are moving forward with plans for our
7th Annual Foundation of CCMS "Docs & Duffers" charity golf tournament on Saturday, September 26th at Bonita Bay Club in Naples
. We invite you to
register
for this major fundraising event which will enable us to continue providing
scholarships
to healthcare students and funds to local healthcare programs in need.
Golf
registration
is $185/person or $680/foursome. Golfers will enjoy a morning tee-off with goodie bags, hosted refreshments, a variety of contests, and an awards lunch. Please note that we are evaluating creative ways to host the luncheon and maintain the safety of our golfers.
Not a golfer, or not able to attend? Stay tuned for information on how you can participate in the fundraiser "remotely".
Sponsorships
range from $550 to $4000, including Eagle Sponsors for $1750; Birdie Sponsors at $1250; and a variety of in-kind and a la carte sponsorships. We also appreciate your
