Waived Listing Fees  GSMLS is waiving the fee for new Middlesex County listings for the period June 1, 2020, through September 30, 2020. This listing fee waiver applies to listings located within Middlesex County (County C ode 21) and entered into the MLS system between June 1 and September 30.

  • While GSMLS does not require the entry of Middlesex County listings, please remember that if you do enter a Middlesex County listing, you must maintain the listing just like you would any other.
