Breast Cancer Events Empower Hope & Knowledge

October was Breast Cancer Awareness month. In honor of this observance, the Watson Clinic Foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Healthy in Pink Social devoted to breast cancer education and survivor empowerment. To view photos of the event, click here.

Additionally, Watson Clinic joined the Lakeland Breast Cancer Awareness Committee to host the 20th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon. Speakers discussed issues related to breast cancer awareness. To learn more about the event and view photos, click here.


2019 Flu Clinics Now Open

Watson Clinic patients have the option of receiving their flu immunizations during a regularly scheduled appointment with their primary care physician, or at one of our flu clinic locations.

Medicare Insurance Plans Accepted in 2020

Your health plan may be changing in 2020. Watson Clinic proudly accepts a wide range of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.

Direct Scheduling Now Available at Urgent Care Main

Watson Clinic Urgent Care Main has introduced Direct Scheduling, a new feature that allows patients to schedule a same-day appointment, which allows them to minimize their exposure to long lines and wait times.

Watson Clinic Board-Certified OB-GYN and Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Tarek Garas and Board-Certified General Surgeon Dr. Anthony R. Zappia have recently been recognized as Surgeons of Excellence by the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC).This distinguished accreditation reflects the expertise and experience of both surgeons in performing robotic surgical procedures.

Neurologist Makes TV Appearance

Watson Clinic Neurologist and Director of the Epilepsy Division Dr. Jaivir Rathore took part in a television interview on the WFLA Channel 8 program Bloom. During the segment, Dr. Rathore discussed the detection and treatment of epilepsy.
