Stallions in the Spotlight
Last Wednesday, four members of the Class of 2020 received the Fr. Casto Marrapese Scholarship given by the Columbus Italian Festival at their annual scholarship ceremony held at St. John the Baptist. Past SFD Principal Pat Rossetti presented the awards to the following Stallions: Alexa Kreuzer, Gabriella Cugini, Julia Pallone, and Elena McSweeny (not pictured).
Congratulations to SFD alumnus Father Frank Brown '03 (far left), who was ordained earlier this month by Bishop Brennan at the Cathedral. He is pictured with Mr. Pat Rossetti '66 and Father Stash Dailey '00.
Last Friday, Fr. Stash blessed the beautiful cross that now adorns the new entry on the North Side of the building. The cross was modeled after the pectoral cross of St. Francis de Sales.

Spiritual Reflection
Almighty and ever-living Lord, you calmed the wind and the sea, and calmed the minds of the disciples. When the storms of life surround us, help us to rest confidently in your embrace, knowing that you are greater than any difficulty that comes our way. May our faith increase, that we may see through the darkness of the clouds, and behold only the radiance of the Son. Amen.
