This year, we have a launched a new campaign to better tell the POWER of Girl Scouts' story. Don't be surprised if you hear a radio ad voiced by one of our AMAZING Teen Girl Scouts, see a print ad or two and so much more. A BIG part of this campaign is telling the story of our AWESOME girls. Learn more at gsksmo.org/standup.
We'll be using our social media, this publication, our blog and media to share. Tell us about your girl. How is your Girl Scout taking the lead? We love our Girl Scouts in action with our programs, but we are not limited here. Is she taking the lead in school, in her place of worship or in another group activity. Share with us! You can always reach out to us at prdept@gsksmo.org or use the social media icons below and share that way using the hashtag #BecauseofGirlScouts.
New G.I.R.L. Events
You know the POWER of Girl Scouts for your
Junior G.IR.L.! We need YOUR help to spread the POWER to other families!!
We have BRAND NEW events and they are different than anything you have ever seen! At these events, girls will explore our 4 Program Focus areas (STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Outdoor Experiences & Civic Engagement). They will take on engaging activities in this open house style event, get stamps in their passport booklet, take home cool swag and parents / caregivers can get more information and sign up their girl right there.
If you get that question, "What's Girl Scouts all about?," then encourage her and her family to attend a New G.I.R.L. Event!
