I want to reach out to let you all know what you have in the means of dedication from your crew at the Idaho Society. I’m bragging a bit, but please bear with me.
Last Wednesday, we were notified that our instructor for a seminar on the following Monday and Tuesday was unable to teach because
her home was destroyed by a tornado
that hit Texas. That’s when our team kicked into action! Gwynne called her contacts, reached out to other instructors, finagled schedules and was able to get things reorganized to offer the seminar virtually on the same date - but also to meet the needs of members who weren’t fans of virtual education, we scheduled a repeat of the in-person event on November 8. WIN-WIN. And that all happened after Friday at 3:00pm, and before Monday at 7:00am!
On that note: We work for you... our members. And we always want to meet your needs - so I hope you won’t mind if I make a request to help keep things running smoothly.
There are three of us in the office. We will
always
do our best to answer phone calls when they come in, but sometimes we are in meetings, traveling or running a webinar...
