PHEN's faith-based community outreach initiatives are recognized as the nation's broadest and most effective prostate cancer education and awareness efforts focused on African American communities. The summit will present these initiatives and how its church partnerships are educating families about prostate cancer early detection, treatments, clinical trials, managing survivorship, and bringing churches together as a powerful force in the fight against prostate cancer. Presentations by church leaders on how their members have been impacted will be part of this session, along with PHEN plans and strategies to broaden its community outreach initiatives. PHEN welcomes all churches as partners both large and small and invites them to attend this session which is part of the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference. This session is hosted by
Congressman Gregory Meeks, New York.

These PHEN initiatives will be highlighted:

* The Annual Father's Day Rally
* Educational Symposiums
* The "Daddy's Boys" Stage Play
* Social Media Outreach
