Call Schedule

2:00pm to 3:00pm Tuesday, July 7

A 20 minute presentation on the key factors and how to assess and treat your child for these factors, followed by an open Q and A.

On Tuesday morning I will send out the Zoom call link. The call title is "Health Options."

Some ideas to keep in mind are:

1.  Addressing Epigenetics and Total Load are central to resolving the factors important for your child’s health.

2.   A disease or syndrome that grows at the rate of ASD, 2000% (between 1990-2015), cannot, by definition, be a genetic disease. Genetic mutations do not occur at that rate.

3.  About 25% of the increase in ASD over the last 30 years can be explained by expanded access to care and changes in diagnostic criteria.

Epigenetics is described as anything that changes the way a gene works. What this means is that how a gene functions is determined by factors external to the "hardwired" DNA genetic code. Identifying and resolving these factors is an essential step in creating a plan for your child.

The “Total Load of Autism” theory was developed by Patricia Lemer and includes all of the known factors that can compromise a child’s health. A plan must include a sufficient number of components of your child's total load to create a successful recovery.

After the call

Following the July 7 call you will receive two documents: “Everyday Epigenetics for Children” and “Everyday Epigenetics for Adults.” These documents were developed by Patricia Lemer and Martha Herbert. Patricia Lemer co-founded the Developmental Delay Registry and has written several books on Autism, with the most recent being “Outsmarting Autism.” Martha Herbert is a widely published physician and pediatric neurologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, and assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. These two leaders collaborated on these epigenetics checklists and have authorized my use of these resources.

For two weeks after the call you can also schedule a free 10 minute phone call with me to review outstanding questions.
