"Opt-out" of Student Directory
If you do not want your student's information in the student directory for the 2018-2019 school year, please fill out this form .
School Messenger "Opt-in" to receive text messages
Parents of freshman and other students new to Bishop Chatard must "opt-in" to our School Messenger system in order to receive urgent notifications via text message from BCHS. This would include notification of weather-related delays or cancellations, or any other time-sensitive situation that the school needed to communicate to you. Parents are automatically registered to receive emails and phone calls -- this additional step is required only to receive text messages.

To register your number, text "Y" (for "yes") to 67587. You should receive a response that says you are registered.

Parents who have changed their mobile phone number in the last year must also go through the opt-in process to receive mobile calls and texts.
Friday after-school pick-up guidelines
Crittenden Avenue will be closed from 4 p.m. until after the home football games are over at 10 p.m. on the following dates: August 24, September 21 and October 5.

Pick up and drop off will be allowed in the back parking lots, but we will ask that cars not park in the back parking lot from 4 - 5:30 p.m., simply drop off and/or pick up and pull through, then exit onto Kessler. Thank you for your assistance in making our school's first season of home football a successful one for all!
Senior Parents - Senior Photo Information
This year, senior photos for the yearbook are being done a little differently than in years past. The official senior portrait photographer will be at BCHS November 3 -10 and you will sign up for your senior portrait to be taken at some point during that week.  Sign up for a photo session here. There are slots available after school, in the evening, and on Saturday, so everyone should be able to find a time that works. This session is for your yearbook photo only.  Every senior must use this time and photographer to have your photo in your senior yearbook.   You may use Sarah Shields Photography for an entire senior session (you can sign up on your yearbook pic day) or any other senior photo photographer for other senior photos.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you sign up for a slot, you are expected to arrive on time in the library and bring $30 (checks made payable to Sarah Shields Photography).

Please check the Senior Page on the school website for details regarding dress and any other information. You also are welcome to email Tracy Luke at tluke@BishopChatard.org .
