Together with the
i-Care Foundation
, APF is supporting emergency pandemic relief in Pakistan.Through a
partner network
on the ground, i-Care sends ambulances, conducts screenings, provides treatment for positive patients, and delivers food rations to those in need.
To date, i-Care has supported pandemic relief in over
40 districts
across Pakistan.

Faraz Ansari
is pursuing a M.A. in International Law and Economic Policy with a minor in South Asia Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations. He interned as a John Glenn Fellow at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of International Affairs. The recipient of a U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship grant, he spent 2 months in Lucknow, India, studying Urdu.

Nainika Paul
is earned her M.A. in Conflict Management and Middle East Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS. She graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on International and Global Studies and Women and Gender Studies. She was a Harold Rosenthal Fellow at the Department of Defense in the Office of the Secretary of Defense-Policy working on Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia issues.

Zoya Sattar
is pursuing a M.A. in Conflict Prevention at Johns Hopkins SAIS in DC. She previously interned at PAK-PAC and the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy. She is committed to improving policies affecting the lives of Muslims, South Asian diaspora, and other minority groups. She has fostered relations with campus groups to dispel stereotypes about Islam.

As Director of Community Outreach for the American Pakistani Advocacy Group (APAG),
Sahar Khan
commits her time to community empowerment and civic education in the New York City area. She recently led a virtual phone bank in Urdu with the Muslim Community Network, answering questions about the census. Since the onset of the pandemic, she has been working with APAG to purchase and pack groceries for those in need and connecting with city officials to update the community with available resources and services.
