Want to help with Crisis Assistance - Moving Ministry?
Join a group of church members to pick up furniture from the Crisis Assistance Furniture Bank (333 Dalton Avenue) and take it to the new apartment of someone transitioning from homelessness. Great service and fellowship opportunity for middle school age youth through adult.

Summer Centering: Faces of Our Faith Starts
Sundays, June 3 - August 26 @ 10 a.m.
Wood Fellowship Hall
Who are the people who have shaped your faith? Join us this summer as we explore stories of lesser known characters of the Bible as well as our own faith stories. We'll learn together through Bible study, reflections from FPC members and pastors, activities, and prayer.

2018 Congregational Retreat: Church in the Mountains // November 9-11
Enjoy a weekend spending time in God’s creation with
First Presbyterian members of all ages!

This year’s keynote speaker will be David LaMotte.
David and his wife co-founded PEG Partners, a non-profit organization that supports literacy, critical thought and artistic expression in Guatemala.
As a speaker, he has presented at the PC(USA) Mission to the United Nations, keynoted peace conferences in Berlin and at the Scottish Parliament and given a TEDx Talk on what music can teach us about peacemaking .

Children’s programming will be offered as well.
Please note: All youth (grades 6-12) stay together in Reynolds Lodge and Glen Rock Inn. Youth may attend the retreat without their parents and are responsible for their own transportation to and from Montreat.
