2019 Walk Off Parkinson's T-Shirt
Highlights Role of Carepartners

When PFNCA launched its AMP mascot in 2015, it incorporated an image of a heart with a "C" to represent the important role that carepartners play to help their loved ones live well with Parkinson's. This year's Walk Off Parkinson's t-shirt will also pay tribute to carepartners and include the same image.  Those that raise a minimum of $125 receive a t-shirt when they arrive at Nationals Park for Walk Off Parkinson's on
September 22nd.  Pick up your t-shirt by Advance Ticket Sales Windows near section 102.
