Doesn't it feel like it was Labor Day like 10 minutes ago??? Or am I the only one that feels like each week goes by in a blur? Since I'm learning to embrace my imperfections, I'll come clean. This was supposed to be my
November newsletter. Obviously, I have some time management issues that need to be addressed in the new year:) This is what happens with self imposed deadlines. I might need you guys to set reminders for me.
For this newsletter, I wanted to share with you a few things that happened in our community in November that have brought a smile to my face (in no particular order). However, it's only right to start with the cute baby...
NAMLE Student Council Member,
Emily Bailin Wells and her husband, Tim, welcomed their beautiful
daughter, Hannah James Wells on November 28, 2017. She weighed in at 8 lbs
9 oz and 20 1/4 inches and is obviously ridiculously adorable. Congratulations, Emily and Tim! Welcome to the world, Hannah!

We have begun planning for the next
NAMLE Conference to be held in Washington D.C. in early summer 2019. Help us shape the next event by filling out
this survey.
As we move toward the end of the year, we also continue to fundraise as we know our work is more crucial than ever.
Please take a moment and show your support by donating to NAMLE.
Remember, every dollar helps us support educators and their students all over the country.
We cannot do this work without your help.
I hope some of these announcements and opportunites put a smile on your face, too! There's so much to be excited about. Thank you for all you do.
Happy December!
