They are: Steve Hayes, Visit Pensacola President & CEO; and Jeffrey Seifried, President & CEO of Branson Lakes/Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB.

The Coast Guard Cutter Resolute and crew are expected to return to St. Petersburg, Florida, Thursday, following a 62-day Caribbean Sea patrol.
During the deployment, the Resolute and crew seized 284 lbs. of cocaine, valued at more than $4 million, safely repatriated 146 Haitian migrants, assisted in the repatriation of 11 Dominican migrants and supported search and rescue operations in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian.

The 56th Annual Junior League of Clearwater Dunedin (JLCD) Art Harvest will be held in Highlander Park, Dunedin at 903 Michigan Blvd Dunedin, FL. The art festival will take place on Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. However, donations are appreciated. Parking at the event is $5.00. Funds raised during the event supports JLCD’s mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community with the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Christmas Under the Oaks on November 10th
|
Christmas Under the Oaks presented by GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club is our single biggest fundraiser of the year. It’s an excellent opportunity for artists, crafters, and small businesses to display a wide variety of crafts, art, and products to active shoppers seeking unique gifts for the upcoming holiday season.

The Clearwater Historical Society Museum and Cultural Center at South Ward School is open. Enjoy the setting of the historic school while exploring exhibits that tell stories of the area’s tourism, leisure, sports, trains, restaurants and schools.
Museum hours are Thursday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free. The Clearwater Historical Society Museum & Cultural Center gratefully accepts voluntary donations.
