Major Saver fundraiser has best year ever
Discount card sale raises more than $38,000 for Foundation and schools
This year's Major Saver card sale set a new record, raising $38,422.50 to benefit the Ray-Pec Public School Foundation and individual elementary and middle schools.

During the annual fundraiser, students in grades K-8 sell the discount cards for $15. Half of the proceeds benefit the Foundation, and the other half benefits the school of that student.

The sale concluded just before schools closed for the COVID-19 pandemic. Jodie Huston, Executive Director of the Foundation, shared the fundraising totals and distributed proceeds to school principals during an Administrative Council meeting on June 4. In total, Ray-Pec students sold 5,123 cards. Thanks to everyone who participated in the fundraiser!
