Weaver Color Run Jog-A-Thon
September 25, 2019

The Jog-A-Thon Color Run is soon approaching. We have reached our first goal of $30,000. Way to go Weaver Whales! What an awesome school we have. There has been an added incentive to our $60,000 goal. Please see below.

Fundraising Goal
If we meet our first fundraising goal of $30,000, Dr. Schmidt will have five minutes to bob for apples at Flag Ceremony, How many apples can he get?!
If we reach $45,000, Dr. Schmidt will dress up like a punk rock star for an entire day at school!
If we reach our $60,000 goal Dr. Schmidt will dress up like a superhero and ride a tricycle around the Weaver's Halloween Parade AND Dr. Schmidt will read a book to students, while they're being served cookies, in a TENT on the quad!

The deadline for pledges has been extended to September 27 th , there’s still plenty of time to register and send emails to family and friends. Remember by sending just 3 names and emails at Pledgestar.com/Weaver gets you a homework-pass.

We need volunteers for the event! Please sign up below. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409044eabaa29abfb6-jogathon

For any questions please contact a Jog-A-Thon co-chair, Beth Stuart ( s.bethanna@gmail.com) or Traci Harrison ( tracikh@yahoo.com)

WEAVER ELEMENTARY PTA
PROGRAMS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR INVOLVEMENT

Weaver PTA’s vision is to provide students with innovative and quality programs that enrich the student’s academic learning, as well as listening and learning through the arts. Our goal is to build a Weaver community with not only our students, but with the entire family.

PTA is a volunteer run organization and requires your help to make our programs successful. We invite you to join PTA and find ways in which to volunteer and support our students and school.

You can access Weaver PTA online at: www.weavertpta.org

Our newly redesigned website is a place for families to stay connected with the PTA and school community. It is much more than a website – it is an all-inclusive site with information on our calendar of events , opportunities to join PTA , volunteer to help with events or activities, purchase Weaver Wear , and much, much more. Please check out the site and register as a new user or login to see all the exciting things happening at our school.
