As we near the end of our teaching journey this term, here are a few reminders as we prepare to wrap up and reflect:

Grades are due within THREE DAYS of the end of the course! For 12-week courses: All grades must be submitted by Monday, December 16th at 10 p.m. If you haven't used WebROCK before or if it's been a while, you can learn more at the Faculty Center .

Please note that incomplete grades are only for extenuating circumstances and GSC must approve requests in advance. In addition, requests for Incomplete grades must be submitted via the instructor's go.granite email or via hard copy to GSC by the last day of class . For details, visit the Faculty Center and click on the Incomplete (IC) Grade Procedure link .

GRADING QUESTIONS : If you have any questions about grading (F, AF, IC, etc.), please contact Marilyn McGair (undergraduate) or your lead faculty /program director (post-graduate or graduate) for questions.

Exploring your Student Course Evaluations and reflecting on other aspects of you course can illuminate new ways to both enhance student success and help you save time. Learn more at the Faculty Center .

You'll receive a reminder from Academic Affairs about end-of-term tasks such as posting final grades and the application process for Incomplete (IC). In the meantime, thank you for all your hard work this term to help our students succeed!
