Also - at the last meeting, it was mentioned that JCOA is having its 2020 planning session. Christina will provide an update.

Alison George from Division of Housing (DOH) presented at our last meeting.
  • Her presentation is available on the CSL website - CLICK HERE
  • She mentioned this online interactive tool link - CLICK HERE

And here is more from Alison George and DOH:
To assist with the implementation of the Mobile Home Park Act Dispute Resolution and Enforcement Program, Division of Housing (DOH) will undergo a public rulemaking process. DOH is soliciting input from local jurisdictions, mobile home owners renting space in a mobile home park, mobile home park owners/managers, and any other interested parties. There is an upcoming stakeholder meeting on Sept 16th in Colorado Springs - LEARN MORE
Find more event highlights below.

WHO ON OUR TEAM WOULD LIKE TO STAY CONNECTED TO Division of Housing (DOH) AND PROVIDE UPDATES ON ACTIVITIES?
With the aging of the homeless population, there are greater service needs. There are not currently any specific programs in DOH for seniors - Should there be?

We will also discuss whether to actively support, passively support, or not support at all, Proposition CC, which will be on our fall ballot.

See you Monday.

Cheers, Bob
