Yes, with 36 states projected to have legal betting by 2021, Wisconsin doesn't want to lag in this growing industry.

Maybe, but convincing the tribes to open the door to competition will be almost impossible.
C. No, there are still plenty of ways for people to place a bet if they want to. We shouldn't be in the business of destructive vices.
