Prior to her involvement in real estate, she operated her own business, an at-home daycare facility, from 2006-2013 in Clifton. She also worked in a small business retail setting in downtown Yellow Springs, managing the Emporium from 2002-2005. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism in Veracruz, Mexico, and worked in the hospitality industry for three years while attending college. Minerva is married to J. Alex Bieri, has two children whom attend Yellow Springs schools.  She would like to see the local business community thrive and maintain its unique character.
