Attention!  We must have complete student files by Friday 9/27/19 or your child will not return to school on 9/30/19.  

This is a mandate from the Ohio Department of Education.  Unfortunately we are not permitted to make exceptions to this mandate as it will affect our licensing through ODE.  If you are having difficulty obtaining a piece of information for the file, please contact the office. 


 If your child started school AFTER 8/26/19, please know your deadline is 30 days after the first day of attendance.


Please remember we have a 2-hr delay on 9/18/19 for a faculty meeting.  There will be no AM Extended Day and doors will not open until 9:55 AM
Please know that applications for free and reduced lunches are available all year long.  Typically they are kept on the bench outside of the office but can be found in the office as well.  If your financial situation changes, please know that you can submit at any point and a determination is typically very quick.
PTA Meeting 9/18/19 @6:30 PM in the St. Dominic Room (through glass doors of the Siena Center turn left). The focus will be on fundraising & planning for our Trunk or Treat.  Come get involved and help plan our 6th Annual Trunk or Treat!  Studies have shown that parent involvement in children's education and school is the number one indicator of success for the child.  We welcome everyone to come and use their time, talents and treasures to help the children have a fun and safe Trunk or Treat!
Starting today and continuing for the next few weeks you will be receiving the results from the ASQ screening you completed for your child.  It is very typical to have children who need support in developing fine motor skills at this age.  Please check out this link on helping develop fine motor skills in your child!

School Cancellations and Delays & Notifications
 
  1. Look for "Washington Local" delays or closings on the news or via news station alerts.  
  2. Sign up for Remind to have alerts sent to you via text or email about delays/closings,  event reminders like picture day, field trips, special activities etc.                                              
  3.. Check FB for updates
                      
*Remind will also be used to notify you if there is an emergency or concern that you need to be made aware of immediately.
