Most Frequent Loan Purchase Suspense Trends
This month's most frequent loan purchase suspense trends are:

  1. Missing Alta 9 or cleared survey (included in last month's list and still a trend)
  2. Missing MIN Summary for 1st Note (included in last month's list and still a trend)
  3. Not providing Settlement Service Provider Missing stamped “Certified True Copy” of the DPA Mortgage/Deed of Trust or evidence that it has been recorded
  4. Missing Underwriter's Income Calculation Worksheet
  5. Missing copy of active appraiser license using asc.gov (conventional only)
