Guest Speaker: Donn Carr is an international business consultant specializing in customer service and shopping experiences. His talk is titled "So ... What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up?" - an energizing session about how your business is living up to customer expectations.
Guest Speaker: Jeff Fingland is entering his 5th season as the manager of the Champions Club for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Champions Club was formed in 2005 and is comprised of a diverse group of Jaguars fans from all over Northeast Florida dedicated to assisting the team as community ambassadors.
We were pleased to have Supervisor of Elections Mike Hogan join as the guest speaker last week. Mike was very engaging with us as he described the processes through a quiz. He promised to take anyone that answered all questions correctly to lunch...no one won! He let us know that since the "hanging chad" debacle that FL is one of the most efficient states when it comes to the election process.
Please make plans to join us next week for a high-energy session with business consultant Donn Carr. He's coming with an engaging talk about customer service and customer expectations. We'll host our monthly Table Talk networking session at this time, too.
Starting this week, we'll be meeting in the St. Augustine Room (instead of the large ballroom) on a regular basis at the San Jose Country Club.

The annual SBMC tailgate will be Sunday, September 16th at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased through the SBMC website. More details TBA.

Remember that we are holding our monthly "Table Talk" every third Wednesday of the month. At these meetings, we will forgo having a Spotlight Speaker and instead use the time to facilitate networking and business growth directly from your lunch table, using a set of structured discussion questions. Our next Table Talk will be Wednesday, August 15.
