The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is hosting Housing Tax Credit Developer Training on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
Attendance is
MANDATORY
for new or returning developers (refer to QAP Section 5.3.1.1) planning to submit an application for 2020 Housing Tax Credits. The Project Developer must attend the training. A development consultant
cannot
be submitted for the developer to meet this QAP requirement. All other developers' attendance is optional.
IFA recommends that any party who will be completing the online application attend the training.
