Hymn Sing! This Sunday during service
This Sunday, we encourage both adults and children to look through "Singing the Living Tradition" (the gray hymnal) when you arrive and find a favorite hymn. During the Time for All Ages, our Music Director the Reverend Dr. Susan Swaney, will invite you to raise your hand and shout out the name and number of the hymn so we can all join together in singing them.
This Week in Religious Education: Curiosity
We continue to spark our curiosity this Sunday as we have special guests leading us in Religious Education to learn more about our congregation. Kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade will meet in Fellowship Hall immediately after the Children's Hymn Sing and find their group and guide. They will stay with the same guide each week and explore a different question each week through story, scavenger hunt, outdoors and social justice. Parents can find out which group their child is in and where to pick them up by looking at the signs on the nursery door.
World of Wonder (Preschool) at 9:15 am will participate in our August intersession. This week they will learn more about Who We Are with Christy True and her family. At  11:15 am  they will hear the story of The Self Hugging Tree. (After this session, they will know more than you do about the statue in the meeting room!)
High School Youth Group resumes  this Sunday ! They will meet in Room 210 from  12:30-2:30pm  to plan their year. Please bring a brown bag lunch, ice cream and sundae supplies will be provided. High school youth can find out what is going on this month in youth group and sign up here:   https://tinyurl.com/UUyouth-aug
