Your donations will help local children start off the school year with everything they need to help ensure they have a positive school experience! Loaves & Fishes RI & St. James in the Spotlight!
On Wednesday, August 15, We Share Hope is teaming up with St. James to highlight the positive impact that LFRI has in our community. A team from We Share Hope will be videotaping the full LFRI run led by St. James for inclusion on their website. We Share Hope is a local food rescue organization that collects unused food and toiletry items from local businesses for redistribution to Rhode Islanders in need. They have been a great resource and provide us with most of the food that we use on our LFRI runs.

Barrington Day of Caring - Save the Date!!
First Annual Barrington Day of Caring
Monday, October 8
Noon-5pm
This is an event that is sponsored by the Barrington Community Coalition and chaired by Rev. Dale Azevedo of the Barrington Congregational church and Pastor Andrew. There will be a variety of hands-on opportunities to serve our community, with an emphasis on helping people most in need. More information, including a link to register to participate, will be available beginning in September. For now, save the date and see Pastor Andrew if you have any questions.
Joanna's regular office hours will be changing for the summer. Beginning the week of June 18 through Labor Day, regular office hours will be Wednesday and Thursday from 9-12, unless otherwise noted on the calendar.
